- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hadn't been to the Dentist in 8 years so thought I should get a check up. Staff were really friendly and the place was well set up and clean. Dr Katie was really nice and very gentle and gave a thorough exam. Found things that were flagged for treatment in the future but gave me options and no pressure to get anything done straight away but also treated what I wanted done then and there. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nightmare experience. Damaged two healthy surrounding teeth (initially thought it was one, but sadly two - front central tooth and lateral) Dishonest to deal with - denied the damage. After mould of my teeth taken two days prior was shown, dentist then suggested I damaged my own tooth. Plus the actual central tooth being repaired was done so badly (wrong colour and shape) that it needed re-doing. 3 teeth needed repairing instead of 1. Thankfully documented with photos. In the process of reporting to AHPRA and HCSCC as guided by Australian Dental Association, because I would hate for anyone else to experience anything similar.DianaDecember 21, 2016
